My work · What I build

Two things I build.

Some communities arrive with a vision that needs a shape. Others need a room where people can talk about what matters. I build both, and I build them with the people who will carry them, so they keep working long after opening day.

01

Programs

When a vision needs to become something people can walk into.

We begin with who it is for and why it matters, then build the sequence, the roles and the plan that carry it from idea to opening day.

02

Workshops

When a group needs to talk about something that matters, and stay in the room while they do.

Shaped around identity, belonging, story or reflective practice, and built for the people who will actually be in the room.

How I work

Listen closely.
See the pattern.
Build with care.

My work lives where human experience meets organizational life. I'm interested in what people need, and what a community must put in place to meet that need.

01

Begin with people.

Listen before designing. Honor what is already working, understand the context, and invite the people closest to the work into the conversation.

02

Bring curiosity and research.

Pair careful observation with reading, inquiry, and reflection. Make complex ideas accessible without stripping away their depth.

03

Give the values a structure.

Turn intention into a learning experience, a clear role, a useful resource, or a next step someone can actually take.

If something here speaks to what you’re building, I’d love to hear about it.
